Want to try Muay Thai or kickboxing but not sure where to start?

This session is designed for all levels, especially beginners. No pressure, no ego — just a structured and supportive environment where you can learn the basics, move your body, and enjoy the process.

You’ll learn:
• Basic strikes (punches, kicks, knees, elbows)
• Movement & coordination
• Simple combinations
• Light partner work (optional)
