**Pachi Parra**

Pachi Parra is a Developer Advocate and Tech Community Manager with a passion for people and code.
She has led GitHub's efforts to grow and nurture its space within the Brazilian developer community for over a year. As a Developer Advocate, she engaged and educated developers about GitHub's products and programs through content creation and community engagement.

She has also co-founded and co-organized several initiatives to support and empower women and minorities in tech and bring more awareness to LATAM around DevRel, such as DevRelCon LATAM, and Abacatinhos.dev.

Pachi has over two years of experience in the developer relations field, and has leveraged her skills in programming, communication, and collaboration to deliver informative and interesting content for the Brazilian dev audience, including blog posts, interviews, tutorials, and conference presentations. She is fluent in Portuguese, and English, and has conversational Spanish, and is always eager to learn new technologies and share her knowledge with others.

She is currently a **Developer Experience Engineer at LaunchDarkly** working to facilitate wins through education, content, and connection.

Erin is the cohost the [DevRel(ish)](https://cfe.dev/talkshow/devrelish/) podcast, a bar trivia league enthusiast, and performs and produces comedy in NYC.
