French Pyrenees Cycle Tour
Details
This cycling tour crosses the heart of the French Pyrenees from east to west, culminating with a challenging ascent of Col d'Aspin and Col d'Aubisque (optional)
We fly to Toulouse, with a train to the start of the tour at Foix, and a train back from Lourdes.
Distances are approximately 60km to 80km per day and 400m to 800m ascent per day.
You can bring your own bike or hire from a local bike hire company, which will deliver the bikes to Foix and collect them from Lourdes.
Notes:
● It is every participant's responsibility to ride safely, follow the rules of the road, and come prepared with the proper equipment.
● Please wear a helmet 🪖 and bring a tube, pump, etc in case you get a puncture.
● Please cycle single file on narrow busy roads

We are a group composed of volunteers. We are not a professional organisation. As such, each of us is responsible for our own safety and well-being during an organised event.
