Oughterard and Lyons cafe( 60km, mostly flat)

Details
Today we cycle out to Oughterard, the buried place of Arthur Guinness, located on a lovely site overlooking the plains of Kildare. Along the way, we’ll ride beside the Grand Canal and the banks of the River Liffey, and stop for coffee at the beautiful Lyons Café by the canal. There's a lot to see on this route — it's mostly flat, with a good climb up to Oughterard.
Here’s our plan for the day:
1️⃣ We leave from Phoenix Park at 9:00 AM
2️⃣ We cycle by the Strawberry Beds along the Liffey, then through St. Catherine’s Park, on through Castletown, and along the canal before the sharp climb up to Oughterard
3️⃣ Lunch stop at Cliff at Lyons
4️⃣ We continue through some back roads, then join the Grand Canal and follow it back to the city, finishing at Portobello Harbour
5️⃣ Expected return to the city by 230pm
