Day three is a rewarding ride through the beautiful Puster valley, starting from the historic town of Vipiteno (Sterzing) and ending in Brunico. The route features a significant climb, but it’s spread gradually over the day and mostly on smooth, well-maintained cycle paths.

Quiet cycle paths alongside the Rienza River

Traditional villages like Campo di Trens, Rio di Pusteria, and Chienes

Swim Stop:
Near journey’s end, we’ll pause for a refreshing swim at lago di issengo, a peaceful natural lake set among trees — an ideal reward after the climb.
