Southside Coastal Cycle ⛵

A lovely cycle along the South Coast,with its stunning coastal views.
Distance 45 Km, mostly flat but a steep climb over Killiney Hill.

We hug the coast most of the way, through Blackrock park and on mostly cycleways to Dún Laoghaire; then over Killiney Hill where we stop for coffee ☕.
Then it is back to the city through the village of Dalkey meeting up with the outbound route and back to city centre.

Here is our plan for the day.

1️⃣We leave the Convention Centre at 9 am.
2️⃣ Cycle out to Killiney where we stop for coffee
3️⃣ We then cycle back by a slightly different route, we should be back in the city by 130 pm

Please wear a helmet and bring a tube etc in case you get a puncture.

Please note - It is every participant's responsibility to ride safely, follow the rules of the road, and come prepared with the proper equipment.

We are a group composed of volunteers. We are not a professional organisation. As such, each of us is responsible for our own safety and well-being during an organised event.
