Have you ever started your self-talk with any of the following? - “You’re not...,” “You can’t...,” “You don't ...”, You are too..." ironically followed right after by "... not enough". You know what I am talking about. Let’s call it your BS (Belief System, of course). This sneaky narrator has been weaving stories of self-doubt and limitation for years.

And you tried reading about it, reeling about it, scrolling about it, but... this voice is still there. It makes you feel anxious, shy, insecure, people-pleasing, you name it.

Want to know WHY your brain does it, WHY it's so hard to change it and most importantly WHAT actually changes it? Then this event is for you.

It is going to be an interactive session. I will ask a few people from the audience to bring any topic that presents some pain or a challenge and we will work through them together.
I will start first, and share my own pains and what brought me to coaching.

You will see how our thoughts create our results and why we should all start by challneging our BS ;)
