About us
We all love meaningful connections, yet we don't necessarily know how to build them.
When was the last time you had a genuine, deep conversation that truly revitalized your day? How long has it been since you experienced a friendship of mutual trust, especially on an emotional level? How have your romantic relationships been? Did you know how to update your inner worlds, or did things turn cold over time?
The walls we build around ourselves make our relationships superficial, cold, and distant. Human happiness is rooted in vulnerability, connecting with our Essence, and sharing what we truly feel.
That is why here, we learn to connect socially, to understand how our emotional world operates, and to ask ourselves the right questions. In this safe, judgment-free space of active listening, we can be Who We Truly Are, understand how we function, and that is precisely where the magic happens.
If you want to learn how to cultivate conversations that go beyond superficial "small talk" and don't rely on alcohol to function, this is your place.
I look forward to seeing you at our next gathering.

Emotional Safety & Trust: The Foundation For Higher And Deeper Connections.
The Arlington Hotel, 23-25 Bachelors Walk, Dublin, IEIt's difficult to build deep emotional connections and meaningful relationships in adulthood. Work, children, routine… it disconnects us from our inner world, and prevents us from creating the bonds that are the foundation of human satisfaction and happiness.
In fact, the famous Harvard Study of Adult Development—the longest study on human life in history—scientifically proved that the most determining factor for our long-term health and happiness is the quality of our relationships. In this talk, we will dissect a reality: there is no emotional connection without emotional safety and trust. But do we actually know how to build this in a relationship? Do people trust us with what they feel, remain vulnerable in our presence, and tend to be Who They Truly Are around us?
In Irish culture, we often block our emotions and inner world, and behind that wall of ice, we hold back what is most valuable inside: our Essence.
📋 How the Meeting Works
- The Talk (10-15 min): We will talk about generating safety and trust, not from the dimension of having or doing, but of Being—so that people can truly be themselves around us (I take no responsibility if your romantic relationship becomes more passionate and affectionate).
- Free Talk & Socializing (30-45 min): We will play a game with questions to practice vulnerability and authenticity, identifying which mechanisms cause people to close off and which ones keep us open and expanded. Time to chat and connect freely.
- The Questions (10 min): I will ask you a series of questions to connect with how we feel, the emotional blocks, beliefs, and habits that lock us inside and don’t allow us to be expanded, free, and fluid in our bonds with others.
- Free Talk & Creating New Relationships (Rest of the time): The exercises end here and the time to relax begins. As we have a common interest, it could be quite wise to spend more time together and chat a little longer. Once you understand and find the people you naturally connect with, all you need is proximity.
Emotional connection is the byproduct of vulnerability, and on this day we will learn the bases of Meaningful Social Connection.
- 📝 Note: Feel free to bring a notebook or journal if you would like to take notes.
- 💶 Fee: There is a €5 entry fee to cover Meetup costs (payable via Revolut or in cash upon arrival).
