On the eve of the June New Moon, we gather in the beautiful Mutton Lane Yoga Studio in Dublin 16 for an afternoon of transformation, intention, and energetic alignment.
This experience is designed to help you reconnect with the power of your thoughts, your energy, and the frequency you choose to live from.
Through Orla’s transformational masterclass Change Your Mind, Change Your Life, you’ll discover how even a single thought, belief, or intention has the power to shape your reality.
By learning to shift mindset, raise vibration, and align with positive energy, we begin opening the path for new possibilities to come into fruition.
As we move into the energy of the New Moon — a powerful portal for new beginnings and manifestation — you will be guided to consciously plant intentions for the life you wish to create.
The journey then deepens through meditation, pranayama, and a signature sound healing experience using ancient instruments, Tibetan singing bowls, and therapeutic frequencies.
Through vibration and sound, each participant will be supported individually to release energetic blockages, unlock inner clarity, and restore alignment within mind, body, and soul.
Finishing with a curated Sound journey where Isabel, Sound & Soul journey will guide you through soothing sounds into a deep meditative state 🌙
