What we’re about

This group is for those who wish to focus on wellness related books and create a community around those who wish to discuss and share in what you've learned.

We'd cover a whole range of holistic and self-improvement topics ranging from yoga, meditation, habit building, fear management, philosophy, assertiveness, energy healing, mindfulness, breath work, creativity etc.

The process would involve us reading the chosen book, and then meet up to discuss it. As this is a new group, I'm more than open to suggestions!

To start we'd meet once a month, and in the city center.
