Congratulations! Today is your day! You are off to New and Not So New (http://www.newandnotsonew.com/), Dublin's largest and most active meetup group. We are a very International group of people from Ireland and around the world who are working or studying in Dublin .

This group is for people who are new in town as well as those who have already spent part or some of their life in Dublin. The events regularly organized suit everybody, regardless of age, profession, nationality, religion, and status! So, what are you waiting for? Get on your way and join New and Not So New today!

Meeting new people with New and Not So New is very easy. The purpose of our events is meeting with new people and making new friends. At each event you will find one or more organizers/event hosts who will welcome and introduce you to other members of the group.

Our calendar features a variety of weekly events suiting everybody! Our events include parties, dining out, coffee & chat, weekends away, outdoor pursuits, live gigs, and all the things you've always wanted to do but never dared to! For more events, check out our calendar, which schedules an average of 3-6 events per week!

Monthly Sci-Fi Book-Club Meetup at Tog.ie Hackerspace - All Welcome :)

Hi and welcome to the monthly meeting of the Tog.ie Hackerspace Sci-Fi Book Club ! Every month we choose a Sci-Fi title for us all to read and then discuss at the Meetup which is held in the wildly appropriate setting of the Tog.ie Hackerspace ! ( there will be cake .. ) This meetup is open to everyone and we love to see new visitors and introduce them to the wonderfulness that is the Tog.ie Hackerspace / Community. ============== This Month's Title : ============ 'Neuromancer' ============== =================== ============ This month Tog's Science Fiction Bookclub is tackling 'Neuromancer', William Gibson's massively influential cyberpunk classic from 1984. Come along to praise, belittle, vent, rant or quietly voice an opinion. There will be cake. Dinner with a Difference @ Fumbally Cafe

Every Wednesday we travel around the world with a food theme but this week we head to The Fumbally Café where they change the menu every week. So no theme this week but just great food. So every Wednesday a different Fumbally chef puts together a menu of what is inspiring them at the moment, working with their local suppliers, seasonal availability and personal passion to produce a great menu of tasty food . Kayaking Trip On The Grand Canal 12:00-13:00


Welcome guys! Join us to experience a kayaking trip on the Grand Canal! The whole adventure will take about an hour, during which you will enjoy picturesque views and meet some river dwellers. Don't worry if you never did it before: kayaking is easy to learn, and you'll be provided with instructions. Experienced kayakers are also welcome :) What do you need to bring with you? -10€ fee (+5€ deposit is to be paid in advance), or 15€ fee overall - sportswear and trainers (you can hire a wet suit and special shoes for 5€ instead) - towel - change of clothes - good mood We will provide: - all the equipment, life jackets - changing facilities - place to keep your belongings - free tea, coffee and snacks in the bar afterwards To book your place please text me on[masked] and pay 5€ deposit via PayPal: [masked] (please note that the deposit is not refundable). Aqua aerobics

Aqua aerobics (http://venues.newandnotsonew.com/listings/guinness-bicentenary-centre/) is a fat burning and body conditioning workout using the water as resistance. The water is a great shock absorber and it reduces stress on the joints when exercising. This is a 1 hour class. All so on wed evening at 5.30pm. Sauna and steam room available after the class Catering for all levels of finess Alana is hosting this event as well as being the instructor Cost €10.900- 1 hour class
