Hi,

This group is for those with a marathon target of between 3:15 and 3:30.

The Saturday LSR will aim for a pace between 5:05 and 5:25 with the aim of keeping your HR close to your Zone 2 level. Each weeks run and distance may vary and will post a comment with the details.

It is a companion run to harder speed run on Monday evenings.
