All Is Bright, It’s Wonton Night (Venue Change — More Central Location)

# Update on Location & Time — Please Read
We did need to change locations for this event. No worries — this has happened a few times over the years and it always works out. When I went to Wei Hung this afternoon, I noticed there was only one table available in the restaurant. I asked if more tables would be brought out, and I even used my phone to translate into Chinese to help with communication. While they did have our reservation on file, it was clear they were not prepared for it at all, and the situation didn’t look like it would be corrected anytime soon.
So — we’re pivoting.
We have been to Wonton King before, and Lin is super accommodating. This is a comfortable, relaxed sit-down Chinese dining experience, and the fellas walked away happy last time — well fed and very satisfied. The menu offers thoughtfully prepared favorites like house-made wonton soup, delicate pot stickers, tender orange chicken, sesame chicken, savory beef & broccoli, beautifully done lo mein, and fragrant fried rice, all served family-style or individually, just as you’d expect in a traditional sit-down setting.
We’ll be seated at approximately four tables of about 10 people each. Checks will be split by table, and when it’s time to pay, you’ll simply pay for your portion at the register. This worked very smoothly the last time we were there.
👉 The key thing to remember: please keep track of what you ordered.
IMPORTANT
Not only has the location changed, but the time has changed as well.
🕟 We must be at Wonton King at 4:30 PM on Saturday.
I know — I was really looking forward to Wei Hung too, but unfortunately they didn’t have their act together this time. I’m confident Wonton King will provide a welcoming atmosphere and a great pre-holiday meal, and I truly appreciate everyone’s flexibility.
Looking forward to seeing you all — and yes, it’s going to be a lovely evening 🥢✨
