🍂 A Thanksgiving Invitation 🍂

For the past 10 years, I’ve reserved a table at Pere Marquette Lodge in Grafton, Illinois, and I’d love for you to join us this year. This isn’t just about food—it’s about sharing warmth, community, and gratitude at a welcoming, open-minded table.

The lodge puts out a feast like no other: turkey carved right before your eyes, both cornbread and traditional stuffing, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, ham, prime rib, salmon, and a dessert table overflowing with pies, cakes, and more. The cost is $49.95 per person, which is a bargain for a spread of this quality… and yes, you’re welcome to go back for seconds (or thirds!).

Our table has some spots available for those who may not do family on Thanksgiving, don’t feel like cooking, or simply don’t want to dine alone. You’ll find not only a delicious meal, but also new friends and a welcoming place to belong.

We’ll be seated at 1pm, and it’s important that everyone arrives in time so we can be seated together. Some members like to come earlier to relax in the lodge, enjoy a glass of wine, and socialize before the meal begins.
