Since next Thursday is Thanksgiving, moving the event to Wednesday the 26th.

Dads need a space, too. While groups and opportunities for moms are abundant, finding something just for fathers can be a challenge.
We're fixing that.

Join us for Dudes who are Dads: a quick workout circuit followed by real conversation. It’s your opportunity to:
