What we’re about
We're a local community centered around board games, card games, and pen & paper roleplaying games. We get together every Wednesday at Empire for an evening of intermediate to advanced board games. We often raise money for local charities and give away board games, generously donated by sponsors.
If your board game preferences lean more toward the classics such as Monopoly, Clue, Mexican Trains, and/or similar light games, please check out other Albuquerque Meetup groups, as Dukes Night caters specifically to modern, more complex games.

In preparation for our National Catan Championship Qualifier on Saturday, July 19th, we are teaching and hosting Catan games every Tuesday in July.
Come learn a new board game and play it with the guru of games, the titan of the tabletop, the king of Catan: Vic!

In preparation for our National Catan Championship Qualifier, Vic will be teaching and hosting Catan games all month. We'll have base game Catan set up for those who want to practice for the Championship Qualifier, and some expansions or alternate versions for those who want to expand beyond.
It's only $6 for the evening; that includes game time and game learning!

The Age of Devotion is upon us!
Please arrive 15 minutes early! Promos will be distributed according to the schedule at rankedinfo.dicethrone.comIf you arrive late and matches have already begun, you will be disqualified from the tournament. Please be on time!
Tournament Format: Swiss Tournament - 4 rounds. 4 rounds will result in all players participating in 4 matches (unless you are assigned a Bye Round). 5 rounds if more than 32 participants.
Win = 3 Points
Tie = 1 Point
Loss = 0 PointsAt the end of the rounds, the player with the most points wins.
Each Player MUST bring 3 of their own heroes.
These heroes will remain the same throughout the tournament.
Bring 3, Ban 1 - Each round between 2 participants will be a single game.
Time for each round: 30 minutes.
