Duluth Novelists Monthly Meetups

We had another good discussion at Duluth Novelists' monthly meetup today. We explored some of the difficulties in writing villains. For instance, is their motivation revenge? Are they fighting some perceived injustice? What is their backstory? All of these questions help us create antagonists with some depth, rather than just being pure evil.

Our next meetup will be on Sunday, September 21st, at 1:00 PM at Duluth Cider. We will have another discussion followed by focused writing time.
