Dunedin Toastmasters - Meetup Open House Event!

Please join us for this special "Meetup Open House" event. Come listen to some "Tall Tales" and maybe even tell one yourself! We'll end the evening at a local bar/restaurant for some great socializing.

If you're been a member of this group for a while, but have never visited us, this is the week to do it!

This fun and lively event will give club members and guests an opportunity to tell a 3-5 minute "Tall Tales" story. Tall Tales are short humorous stories that are exaggerated and highly improbable. We promise a ton of laughter!

Who are we?
We’re a diverse group of lifelong learners, ranging in age from our 20s to our 80s. Our club is ideal if you want to improve your communication and public speaking skills, learn leadership skills, and join a community of interesting people looking to better themselves both personally and professionally. We also like to hang out with each other, so if you’re looking to make some great new friends, please join us!

All are welcome to come visit our club in person, or online. Please arrive by 6:45 pm so that we have a few minutes to greet you and get to know you a bit.

Not sure if you are ready to get up and speak during your first visit? No problem! All we ask is for you to share your thoughts and feedback at the end of the meeting.
