Panbos and Pancakes, Katwijk (12 km)

A classic on the Nature Hikes calendar: a hike in the dunes and forests of Panbos and Berkheide, followed by a traditional Dutch pancake lunch at Pannenkoekenboerderij Katwijk. The hike starts in Panbos, then continues through the dunes, all the way to the beach, and back through the dunes to our starting point, close to the pancake house. Along the way we will see (and walk on!) parts of the Atlantic Wall, built in the second World War to protect the coast.

Where to go: this hike starts at 10.15am at bus stop Panbos in Katwijk and ends at the pancake house next to the bus stop. There is parking space available as well.

How to join: RSVP to this hike AND send me a message with your email address and phone number, if this is your first hike with me. I will send you a payment link 1-2 weeks before the hike. A few days before the hike, you will receive an email with further details.
