STREET RIDE - CAMARILLO/MOORPARK LOOP

ROUTE This will be the planned route.
This ride will be on paved roads through citrus groves and hills as we take on a big loop in the Camarillo/Moorpark area. Near the end of the ride, if possible, we'll be stopping for lunch at the Somis Cafe and Market. They are well known for their breakfast burritos. We passed by this place on a previous ride in that area and I said that I would set up another ride that has us stopping there for lunch.

Make sure you bring along a spare inner tube or slime.

MEETUP LOCATION AND TIME: The Mission Oaks Community Park in Camarillo at 8:00am.

RESTROOMS: At the beginning, end and during the ride.

DISTANCE: 32 miles round trip

ELEVATION GAIN: 2800'

DURATION: 4+ hours

THE PACE: 8 MPH on up.

LEVEL: Intermediate

LUNCH: Near the end of the ride, we will be stopping at the Somis Cafe and Market for lunch if our group is small snough, since there isn't much seating there.
