Authentic Leadership, Facilitation and Communication Intensive Workshop

Enhance your leadership and facilitation and expand your toolkit with Authentic Relating and Circling.

This 3 day intensive workshop will deepen your experience of connection using the tools of Authentic Relating and Circling. You will learn the principles behind the practice and how to adapt and incorporate these tools into your everyday life, your leadership, and your facilitation. This workshop will leave you with improved communication and a keen understanding of how to bring yourself in such a way that people can really hear and receive you.

We will deeply dive into Circling as a vehicle for personal and professional development as well as zoom out to understand precisely what is happening in our Circles and how the tools can be translated into our leadership and communication outside of the Circling context.

You will also learn and experience many Authentic Relating games and exercises that can be adapted to suit a variety of needs, audiences and situations. Learn how to introduce the games, adapt them to various situations and how to give people a gentle ‘nudge’ to go a little deeper in their exploration.

• Facilitate groups in a way that allows for deeper connection and communication
• Translate the tools of Circling into personal and professional settings

Note: 3 Day intensive includes Saturday evening Potluck and Connection Lab at which you will have the opportunity to facilitate exercises and games and apply what you have learned in the first two days. Invite your friends and peers to come for a test-drive of Authentic Relating in a fun and festive atmosphere.

Facilitator: Amy Silverman (www.amysilverman.com) is the Head of Community Development and Operations within Circling Europe (circlingeurope.com), and the Founder and
Lead Facilitator of The Connection Movement (www.theconnectionmovement.com) in New York which regularly hosts workshops, retreats, and coaching programs in self-discovery, transformation and deeper connection.

She has over 20 years professional experience working in Chicago, Amsterdam Minneapolis and New York as a workshop creator and facilitator, public and private school teacher, a teacher-trainer, program-innovator, coach and consultant, small-business owner, and theatrical director.

Presented by: Circling Jozi. This community comes together to explore ways of seeing, connecting, and being with yourself and others at a deeper level.
