What we’re about

Let's get healthy, fit, and learn something really interesting. We'll work on Kung Fu techniques and exercises that are good for physical and -- just as importantly -- mental health, as well as personal safety.

We're back in the studio, and back to our roots -- traditional kung fu. Join us to learn what makes Kung Fu so special. We practice Shaolin Eagle Claw Kung Fu, a traditional Chinese martial art. It's a rich and beautiful martial art, endlessly fascinating thanks to its unusual techniques and concepts. Given our times, we've been working more than usual on self-defense, but we practice forms, traditional weapons, joint locking and so much more, with an emphasis on getting healthy.
