We are bringing together a small group of early citizens, builders, thinkers, and explorers to discuss:

- Digital citizenship and belonging
- Universal Earned Income & participation economies
- The future of borders, identity, and coordination
- Frontier ideas that may shape the next century
Builders, founders, technologists, policy thinkers, students, creatives, and curious minds welcome.

## The Idea
The internet reorganised companies. Crypto reorganised finance. AI is reorganising work. The next layer to reorganise may be nations itself.
Nations have always been built on land. But most of the systems we rely on today no longer are. Communication has moved to the cloud. Entertainment lives online. Education is increasingly digital, and finance operates across networks rather than borders. Nearly every major human institution has transitioned into a digital form.
Only one remains fundamentally physical: nations. Which raises the question, can a country exist on the internet?
This is the first real world meeting of e-American citizens in Singapore, a small but meaningful step in a much larger experiment: building a nation on the cloud.
