This intensive ceremony, known as the Night on the Mountain of Fear, is open to all seekers as a way to gain maturity, self discipline, and return to your naturalness….. to learn how not be at the affect of situations, tyrants, negative internal dialogue, personal history and social conditioning that often keep us running old dysfunctional patterns. This ceremony can create a shift in our perceptions that leads to new productive patterns enabling us to manifest the change and beauty we long for.

You will learn:
*a physical discipline to develop your alignment with the energies of the sun, earth, moon and stars.
*how to find "your spot" to do ceremony
*how to be more openly receptive to the guidance of the ancestors who love us
*how to build a medicine wheel; calling in the powers of the 8 directions; energetically "seal" the medicine wheel
*how to use 8 unique points of view to bring greater clarity to your life

You will arrive on Friday, to register, get settled and have an opening Circle and Teachings.
Saturday begins before dawn and the day continues with preparations for your overnight vision quest.
You will spend Saturday night from dusk to just past dawn Sunday, solo and within the medicine wheel you've created, to go deeply introspective utilizing the prompts provided.
Returning to a welcoming breakfast, you will then have the opportunity to rest and later that day participate in a Purification Lodge to help integrate the experience.

FEE: $225 payment includes lodging ($25 for Friday night) plus $200 for the teaching fee, ceremonial items, and printed materials needed for the preparation of your ceremony. If you want to stay over an extra night on Sunday after the purification lodge, add $25. A medicine gift, plus tobacco or cigarette is also given to the Dance Chiefs of your ceremony. Tobacco holds your intent and its smoke represents your connection to spirit. The medicine gift represents an exchange for what is given. When giving and receiving are in balance, abundance is bestowed on both parties.
Note: While our tradition does not “charge” for ceremony, generations before ours traded in horses, hardgoods, and labor. If you are financially challenged, work trades are available.
