We're meeting each month to drum, rattle, and journey together as a shamanic Circle in Durham, NC. Core shamanic journey experience is not necessary in order to participate in this group. We welcome your enthusiasm and desire to deepen your connection with your Compassionate Helping Spirits and Spirit Teachers, and motivation to connect with other like-minded journeyers on the shamanic path. You'll need to bring a rattle, a drum if you have it, and an eye cover along with you. We'll have a particular topic each month that we'll explore together on our journeys as a Circle. We're so happy to have you join us, but we do ask that all RSVP to Moon at LuminescentOcean@yahoo.com or preferably on the Meetup site. Suggested love offering for Journey Circle is $5+ (50% donated to charity). Please note: we do have non-Meetup Shamanic Journey Circle participants attending this Circle who are not reflected on the Meetup site, so RSVP is needed. Your hosts, Moon and Hawk, are core shamanic practitioners and teachers in Durham, NC, who completed advanced levels of training with the Foundation for Shamanic Services, as well as training with other shamanic elders. They do shamanic healing and divination for clients at Earthsong Shamanic Healing in Durham, NC. Moon is a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Angelic Reiki Master Teacher, Medical Intuitive, intuitive spiritual counselor, and Akashic Records Practitioner. Moon and Hawk are trained as Angelic intuitives, readers, healers, and teachers. They are deeply connected to the natural world, which offers a source of Oneness and peace to all of us. Their lives have been positively transformed by the joy of walking the shamanic path together, and they look forward to sharing this beautiful world of healing and growth with you!

We offer this weather pending because it’s such a sacred place to gather around a fire and release anything that isn’t serving you at that time and offer in to manifest anything that might aid in your happiness and peace. This is always open to anyone. Its non-denominational and is a beautiful healing practice that allows us to move energy during the full moon for our highest good. We provide everything you will need and this is always a free event.
This September Moon is known as the Full Harvest Moon, named because it is the time of harvest and it is the closest moon to the Autumnal equinoxThis will be a beautiful and powerful way to bring in and release the things you wish as we move through Winter!

We will have drumming and offerings for you to use in the fire to give blessings to all you have in your life and blessings to the planet. Also you can make offerings for manifesting newness into your life. Offerings for the fire are welcome, like rosemary sprigs, cinnamon sticks, dried lavender, dried flowers, tobacco, cacao, sage or palo santo.

Join us for a wonderful free sound bath using 8 different sound bowls. We will provide a fresh herb from our organic herb garden to use during the bath to relax the senses.
This is a free event designed to help you release and recharge.
We will be bringing in the healing energy of Reiki and sound healing to this unique share to help alleviate pain, stress, and anxiety.
We will begin by guiding you through a tranquil sound bath healing with a healing herb that will bring in healing and peace.
Then you will receive reiki healing energy from one of our trained Reiki Masters. Reiki is a healing energy that is gentle but effective and goes to the root of an emotional or physical issue. It is life force energy that restores balance in the body and is very subtle and effective. Reiki leaves you feeling overall calm and peace. Reiki can stop physical pain.
Even if you have never meditated before or don't know about Reiki and sound healing you can still join us and it will be beneficial. Come with any anxiety or worry and leave feeling peaceful. Come with any physical discomfort and leave feeling renewed. We open this healing up to everyone. We never charge to offer this as we want to extend this wonderful healing to everyone.
