Club night: Applied Speaking

Beginners and guests welcome to our regular, monthly club evening.
Attendance on here will appear low as we’re not primarily organised through meetup.
Theme: Applied speaking (public speaking for practical situations - often we focus on one skill at a time, this is focusing on either persuading, educating, paying tribute or entertaining). Members have the option of trying one of these speeches and being constructively evaluated.
Every club night is a little different. We are a friendly club of 12 members and frequently have visitors (free of charge). We aim to help our members build the skills and confidence to speak well in groups and to an audience. Everyone gains supportive feedback to help learning and development.

Meeting in the 1st floor room on 3rd Tuesday of each month.
Full Membership £40/12 months. You’ve welcome to try us out, just please buy a drink at the bar.
