(LGBTQIA+) Beginner Two-Step & Waltz Classes in Oakland

Details
Howdy, friends! Join us Wednesdays in May for some two-steppin’ and waltz! We’ll start with the basics and practice some useful and fun moves first in two-step, then translate those moves into country waltz timing and footwork.
No experience necessary, no partner required. We will partner up and rotate in class. Good fun, nice folks, great music!
We encourage everyone to participate in the 3-week series, (May 7, 14 & 21) but drop-ins are welcome. Class begins at 6:45 PM, arrive early for warm-up and stick around for a little bit of social dancing right after class or for the Intermediate Country-Western Two-Step lesson at 7:45 PM. (If you’re getting familiar with two-step and curious about the intermediate class, take it as a follow. We always need more follows.)
Location: Lake Merritt Dance at 200 Grand Ave., Oakland.
One class is $18 at the door, both classes in one evening costs $30. (Cash, card, and mobile payments accepted.)
