3:45 PM - Arrival & Welcome

- Welcome circle and introductions
- Overview of the workshop format and objectives
- Distribute notebooks, pens, and herbal tea
4:00 PM - Sensory Exploration
- Mindful walk around the garden and fountains
- Take photos of anything that sparks creativity
- Found objects on the ground are ok to gather, please do not pick the roses!
4:30 PM - Writing Session

- Deep sensory engagement with any collected items
- Prompts

- What stories do these scents tell?"
5:00 PM - Voluntary sharing of excerpts or insights
- Group reflection on the sensory-writing connection
- Discussion of discoveries and surprises
