This group is a platform for Adventure and Off Road motorcycle riders to share their rides and events of common interest.
This group is into Adventure bike riding through Queensland and New South Wales but venture further a field. We do regular day rides, overnighters and multi day rides.
We are always looking for people to become Event Hosts. If you are interested in become an Event Host please message the organiser for further information.
Rides may consists of bitumen, a combination of bitumen and gravel roads, 4WD trails, fire trails, single trails.
Below is a guide for ride skill levels:
1. Beginner and Big Bike suitable - these rides will be for the less experienced riders, generally on a combination of bitumen and gravel roads and may include light fire trails. In general these rides will be dry weather rides.
2. Intermediate - these rides will consists of bitumen, gravel roads, fire trails and light single tracks. Suited to large and small adventure bikes with at least 50/50 type tyres. May include overnight rides. Rider is confident in tackling challenges of mud, sand and rocks.
3. Experienced - rides will suit small to mid size adventure bikes, also confident riders on larger adventure bikes. A rider who can navigate tracks and trails on the fly and lead riders across difficult terrain in a range of weather conditions. Has completed multi-day rides.
4. Hardcore (small bikes only) - these rides may include very steep descent and ascents, gullies, ruts, jumps, log crossings, river crossings and very difficult terrain. Riders need to be self sufficient will all tools and be able to make basic repairs on the trail and has completed many multi-day rides.
This by no means covers us for the unexpected when we may hit fallen trees, washed out bridges, wild animal behaviour and other natural disasters that we cannot foresee.
