We organise regular local walks, share sightings and knowledge, and explore the diverse habitats and birdlife found across the region. Whether you’re an experienced birder or just starting out, everyone is welcome to join us, enjoy the outdoors and discover the fantastic birds of East Devon.

Join us for a relaxed morning of birdwatching at RSPB Exminster Marshes, exploring the reserve in search of waders and autumn migrants. With its mix of wet grassland, pools and surrounding habitats, the marshes can attract a great variety of birds at this time of year. We’ll take our time to check the pools and fields, looking out for returning waders, passing migrants and anything else of interest. All abilities are welcome, so bring your binoculars, suitable footwear and a keen eye!
