Join our outdoor fitness sessions in East London — combining running and strength training in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.
We meet at King Edward Memorial Park for a structured session designed to help you improve your fitness, lose fat, and build strength — no matter your current level.
What to expect:
Warm-up
Run or walk option (beginner friendly)
Bodyweight strength training
Cool down and stretch
This group is perfect if you want to:
Get fitter and more consistent
Train in a motivating group environment
Start your fitness journey without pressure
Build strength and improve your endurance
No experience needed — just show up and do your best.

After your first session, you can continue with drop-in sessions or get support through personalised coaching (1:1 or online).
Spots are limited to keep sessions focused and effective.
