What we're about

Looking to make new friends? Well we are a fun group of people who like to get together for Happy Hours, game nights, dinners, etc. We are a friendly group, so if you are nervous about joining a new group, please come out and meet some awesome people! This group is open for single and married people of all ages.

RSVP's are necessary and please cancel if you cannot attend as soon as you know you won't be there, even if you are on the waitlist. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the even time (or not at all) you will be marked as a "No Show" and you will be moved to the "Not Going" list on any future events you RSVP for too. And if you don't show up on an event where you RSVP'd, you will also get a "No-Show." Too many "No-Shows", usually 3 or more, will get you removed from group. If you want to go to a meetup that is full, please still sign up, there is always room.

The Original Serrano's Mexican Restaurant for dinner

Serranos Mexican Food Restaurants

Faith. Family. Food. The family has built a solid foundation on these values, dating back to the opening of the Serrano Brothers Popular Store in Downtown Chandler in 1919. This later became Serrano's Department Stores, and for 60 years, it was their family business.

It all started in 1979 when Ernie and Eva Serrano were working in the family business, Serrano's Clothing Store, in downtown Chandler.

The Serrano family had several clothing stores dating back to 1919, making Serrano's the oldest, continuous family owned business in Chandler.

Using the same Serrano's logo as their clothing stores, Ernie and Eva opened their first restaurant in 1979 just behind the clothing store in downtown Chandler. Shortly after, they decided to close their last clothing store and put all their efforts into the restaurant business.

Today, the Serrano family owns and operates 5 restaurants in the Southeast valley. Six of Ernie and Eva's eight children and several grandchildren are involved in the restaurants on a day to day basis.
