Save the date and join us for a seven-hour meditation to apply and sustain attention (Vitakka and Vichara), known as the first Jhana, designed to lead to lasting inner peace. This practice is ideal for both complete beginners and seasoned mindfulness practitioners, as well as everyone in between.

Date & Time: Saturday, December 06, 2025, from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Includes a tea break and a lunch break.
Cost: registration fee is $30. We provide bottled water, hot coffee/tea, and a temperature-controlled hall with chairs, cushions, and mats for your comfort. Please bring your bag lunch for the lunch break. If you prefer, you may bring your own meditation bench, mat, or cushion.

Location: Arizona International Buddhist Meditation Center (AIBMC), 432 S Temple St, Mesa, AZ 85204. The AIBMC Meditation Center appears to be a regular house, but it is, in fact, a Buddhist temple. The meditation hall is at the back of the temple. To enter, please proceed through the carport on the left side of the temple. The door to this hall is on the back left (southwest) side of the building, under the carport.
Parking is available on the curbside or in the church parking lot located across the street.
