Saturday Long Run

This week is a part of our summer Run N Splash series - run first, come back and if you'd like, take a dip in the host's pool to cool off and join us for refreshments.

We run for about an hour to an hour and a half starting at 5 AM (although it is likely there will be people starting at 4 and 4:30 to get extra miles in).
