I started this group during a season of my life I didn’t expect. After 17 years of marriage, I suddenly found myself on my own. In the middle of rebuilding and finding my footing again, one thing kept me steady: the gym. Cringe! I know! But it's true!
Working out became more than just fitness. It became structure. It reminded me that I’m capable, strong, and resilient!
I created this group for women who want that same sense of strength and confidence.
Walking into a weight room full of equipment (and often a lot of men) can make you second-guess yourself. Am I doing this right? Is my form okay? Do I even belong here?
Spoiler Alert - YOU DO!
This is a women-only group where we learn the basics of strength training in a supportive, no-judgment environment. We’ll cover foundational lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls — but more importantly, you’ll learn how to move safely and confidently on your own.
This isn’t about ego, competition, or “beasting” yourself into the ground. It’s about learning how to lift correctly, understanding what you’re doing, and building real confidence.
My goal is simple: I want you to walk into any gym and feel like you know exactly what you’re doing.
