Beginner's Barefoot Hike at Broadmoor

Come join us for an easy beginner's barefoot hike at the Mass Audubon sanctuary in Natick, MA (Broadmoor). We'll meet in the parking lot and hike on an easy 1 to 2 mile trail. It is recommended that hikers bring Deet tick repellant and water. People new to barefoot hiking should spend some time walking barefoot prior to the hike. Instruction will be provided. New hikers may want to carry shoes to get over the gravel lead-in. These are nice, fairly level trails covered with leaves and pine needles. Broadmoor is located at 280 Eliot Street Natick,MA (Rt 16 near the Sherborn line).
