Join us for our traditional first park naturalist-led hike of the season! We'll take an easy 2-mile hike around our Day Use Area and enjoy signs of spring at Beltzville State Park.
Please wear sturdy walking/hiking shoes and bring water if needed. Participants are encouraged to bring binoculars, as this can be a good time of the year to look for early migrating birds! *Rain will cancel the hike
We will be meeting at the Environmental Interpretive Center (EIC) for the hike.

Coffee & Birds is back at Beltzville State Park for 2025!!!! Join park naturalist and avid birder Rob Bergstresser every Friday in April, starting April 11th, for some morning coffee and birding. We'll enjoy some bird-friendly, certified organic, shade-grown coffee before heading out on the trails in search of migrating birds. This is the perfect time of year to view some of the early migrating songbirds! Participants are encouraged to bring their own binoculars, but a limited number of binoculars are available for loan during the program. *Rain will cancel the program.

Join us for an easy 2-mile loop hike along the Christman Trail. This a perfect time of the year to view migrating birds and take a closer look at some of the park's early blooming wildflowers. Please wear sturdy walking/hiking shoes and bring water. Participants are encouraged to bring their own binoculars, although a limited number of binoculars are available for loan during the program. Rain will cancel the hike.
