Explore the world of amphibians at Ralph Stover State Park! We will learn about the life of amphibians and their habitat by the creek. This program is perfect for families looking to explore the outdoors. For this program, please wear close-toed shoes that can get wet and weather-appropriate clothing. Leave pets at home. Come out for a night under the stars to view the Opposition of Saturn. Learn to use a star map and find the early fall constellations and the stories they tell!

Join park naturalist and avid birder Rob Bergstresser every Friday morning in September for some morning coffee and birding! We'll enjoy some bird-friendly, certified organic, shade-grown coffee before heading out on the trails. Fall migration is in full swing, and migrating birds are flocking through the park! Participants are encouraged to bring their own binoculars, but a limited number of binoculars are available for loan during the program. *Rain will cancel the program.

Join us at Fort Washington, to help support the growth of native flowers in our Butterfly Garden and flowerbeds. We'll being weeding, tidying the paths, spreading mulch, and planting new blossoms. So, grab a trowel and lend a hand!
