Family Nature Photo Scavenger Hunt

Bring a camera, phone, or tablet to Beltzville State Park for July 4th weekend, and take part in a family-fun nature photo scavenger hunt along the beautiful Sawmill Trail!!! See if you can take a photo of everything on the list! Once you complete your list, bring it back to the park naturalist for a small prize!

We will be meeting at the Sawmill Trailhead for this program.

Directions from Beltzville State Park:
Turn left out of the park’s main entrance. Proceed past the Army Corps of Engineers building & go approximately 1 mile. Look for a Big Creek Grange sign on the left. Turn LEFT onto Grange Road. At the bottom of the hill, turn LEFT onto Old Mill Road. You will pass 3 houses on the left. After the last house, turn LEFT into the Sawmill Trail parking lot. *Please note, the entrance to the trailhead parking lot is unmarked. If you proceed past the small bridge, you have gone too far.
