Solar Viewing

Join the park naturalist and our volunteer astronomers for a solar viewing program! We'll look for sun spots and solar flares through professional telescopes equipped for safely viewing the sun.
We will be meeting at the Environmental Interpretive Center for this program.
***PLEASE NOTE!!! This program will be canceled in the event of cloudy/overcast skies, rain, or severe thunderstorms. If the sky is overcast or mostly cloudy, the program will be canceled. If the sky is clear or partly cloudy, the program is a GO!
