Fall is here and the crows can be heard everywhere! What are they up to? Crows are very social birds and cold weather is the perfect time to observe their behavior. Join a state park naturalist for a 2-mile walk in the woods while we watch for crows in the late afternoon and learn about these intelligent creatures!
For this hike, we will be covering 2 miles round trip on rocky, uneven, and sometimes steep ground. Please dress in layers and wear shoes appropriate for hiking. Bring water and any snacks you may want. A limited number of around 12 binoculars will be available; participants may also bring their own. We will make multiple stops along the way. There is a pit-latrine on site. For any questions about this program, please contact Annastasia Soto at annsoto@pa.gov
