Volunteering with Jose's Closet Mesa 🤝🌎🫂❤️

Let's give back to our community by helping children in foster care and their families.

Jose's Closet in East Mesa is a partner organization of the United Food Bank. This organization works with foster, adopted, and kinship families to provide them with needed items to make family life easier and help them thrive.

During our shift, we will be sorting and organizing donations of essential items in the resource center. Tasks include sorting clothing, restocking shelves, tidying the store, and other light duties.

Please arrive before our shift, as we check in at the front desk and fill out volunteer release forms on site.

With regards to parking, the parking lot is a shared lot, but you are able to park in any open spot. Jose's Closet is in the corner of the small strip mall (I'll do my best to stand outside so you can find us).

lt is strongly recommended to wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes, since we will be sorting and moving. 👟

As we have a reservation with a limited number of slots, it is important to keep your RSVPs updated.
