Welcome and thanks for taking a look at this Meetup!
Our facilitators will share easy, beginner breath and mindfulness meditation practices that you can do virtually. You do not have to turn on your camera or microphone to take part in the class.
The goal of mindfulness and breath work is to expand your capacity to live peacefully and experience a restful relationship toward the many anxieties we encounter in life. Our practices will bring you very gently into this practice, ensuring that you move at your own pace and rest as you need to.
