Curious how simple soybeans can become nourishing, versatile everyday staples?

In this live online cooking class, we will prepare two fundamental soy-based recipes from scratch: homemade soy milk and a savoury soy spread made from the fresh okara.

You will cook along step by step and learn how to properly blend, extract and simmer soy milk for optimal flavour and digestibility. We will then transform the remaining soybean pulp into a warmly spiced, rustic spread with olive oil, shallot and aromatic spices.
