German cuisine is often known for its hearty, comforting dishes. In this online cooking class, we take a fresh perspective and bring those familiar flavors into a lighter, modern, plant-based context.

This is not about strict tradition, but about reinterpretation: combining classic German elements with a more contemporary, flexible way of cooking.

Together, we will prepare:
👉 two warm, satisfying main dishes inspired by German cuisine and a complementary side dish that adds extra protein

Along the way, you will learn how to work with typical flavor profiles, how to adapt traditional dishes into plant-based versions, and how to create meals that feel both grounding and light at the same time.

The class is designed to be practical and accessible whether you are new to plant-based cooking or already experienced.
