Paulista Cafe is a great cafe to work from with a lot of open space, a decent number of tables with power outlets, and a few outdoor tables too.

On occasion, it can be a little noisy when they are doing their morning food prep or making smoothies. So if you have an important call or zoom meeting, you might need to take it outside.

Plenty of free neighborhood street parking, but pay attention to the occasional street sweeping limits.
