POSTPONED Living Well in Community: Building trust & collaboration w/yr body
Details
NOTE the new date is not yet set, this one is a placeholder.
It’s one thing to embrace values of collective living, community, and collaboration.
• How do we bring those values to life across an inevitable range of sensibilities and differences, even when core values are shared?
• How can we stay connected and strengthen our relationships when challenges and misunderstandings arise?
Join us for an experiential session of refreshing, participatory approaches that build and stretch our skills and capacity for building trust, rapport, and community, in personal and professional arenas of life.
Somatics and movement exercises support embodied practice of self-awareness, flexibility, expressiveness, spontaneity, and authentic interpersonal communication, in a spirit of learning and fun.
