Wilder Ranch State Park Along the Cliffs and then to the Redwoods - No Cars

Details
We will Ride to the historic ranch and museum next to the parking lot first, then continue along the coast trail, which is all flat dirt and no cars, beginner to intermediate riders. You will see some of the most spectacular coastal viewpoints in the area.
We will then continue inland and start climbing the hills along intermediate and advance difficulty dirt trails that get steep in places, and then get into the redwood trees that surround the UC Santa Cruz campus.
Bring your picnic lunch, as we will lunch in the on the coast or back at the Wilder Ranch (picnic tables available).
If you are comfortable with only doing the cliff-side part of the ride, you will have the opportunity to stop at your vehicle before the rest of the group continues up the hill after lunch.
[A single battery will suffice for this ride if you pedal some. ]
Estimate 25 mile total ebike ride distance, with hilly conditions on the second half of the ride. Trails are all dirt roads.
All departure and return times are approximated. Please keep this in mind if you were going to make plans to return at a certain time, which is discouraged.
