How can you experience HU? We start with an inspirational reading. Then you can sing/chant along with a 20-minute recording of hundreds of people singing and chanting HU. For sound quality, attendees will be muted, and you can freely enjoy chanting as loud as you like at whatever pitch feels best. As the HU fades down, there will be a few minutes of quiet contemplation. Then, conversation follows. You may ask questions, share your experiences from the HU, or just listen.
Anyone can benefit from HU, regardless of age or spiritual belief. It is a simple technique that can be used as a daily spiritual practice. It has the power to uplift one spiritually for inner peace, healing, and insight.
