Indoors yin yoga and vision board workshop: manifest your dreams!

I am SO excited to bring you this half day Yin Yoga and Vision Board Workshop, in collaboration with fellow certified yoga instructor and experienced workshop facilitator, Laura Smith!

Vision boarding is a powerful way to manifest what you really want in life. When we merely react to life and float unconsciously along the path of least resistance, we find ourselves in situations, careers, relationships, and spaces that we don't really want to be in. This workshop offers a valuable opportunity to pause, reflect, and proactively choose what we want. We are the masters of our destiny and when we truly realise this, it is life changing! This workshop is designed to guide and support you to unlock your potential and live life the way you truly want to.

THIS 3.5 HOUR WORKSHOP INCLUDES:
*A nourishing yin yoga and breathwork class taught by a certified yoga teacher, to help reduce mental chatter and tune in to your inner wisdom
*A gentle guided meditation to focus the mind
*Tiny journaling exercises to hone in on tangible goals and desires
*Time, tools and materials (LOADS of magazines) to create your own powerful vision board, guided by an experienced intention-setting workshop facilitator
*Healthy snacks and refreshments
*A sharing circle to unveil your vision and connect with others
*Opportunity to go for lunch afterwards to socialise

Roxy - the founder and organiser of this Meetup group. Roxy is a certified yoga teacher and experienced event facilitator in the health and wellbeing space, passionate about helping people live an inspired, conscious life.

Laura - a certified yoga teacher and experienced facilitator of intention-setting workshops. A passionate vision boarder, Laura truly believes in the power of manifestation.

*Yoga mat or towel
*Large pillow for yin yoga
*Magazines specific to your vision (we will provide a wide range of magazines but if you have something very specific please bring it along)
*Notebook and pen
